Cancer metastasis remains a significant challenge in the fight against cancer, despite advancements in diagnostic and treatment methods. Alarmingly, about 90% of cancer patients succumb to complications from metastatic disease progression. Understanding the molecular mechanisms that enable cancer cells to spread to distant organs and tissues is crucial for enhancing therapy outcomes and improving clinical results for patients battling cancer.
This journal is dedicated to publishing both basic and translational research. We welcome a variety of submissions, including reviews, research articles, mini-reviews, and technical papers focusing on methodology. Additionally, clinically-oriented papers discussing therapeutic strategies linked to specific molecular characteristics of primary and secondary (metastatic) tumors are also encouraged.
