These portable and user-friendly devices can be easily transported, enabling on-site diagnosis for patients. This course is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to perform ultrasound examinations in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN).
Objective:
The primary objective of this course is to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of performing ultrasound examinations in OB/GYN. Through a case-based learning approach, participants will gain in-depth knowledge of various gynecological and obstetric pathologies. The course incorporates lectures and real-life footage from emergency departments in two hospitals, offering a practical perspective on dealing with women presenting with abnormal uterine bleeding or abdominal pain—two of the most prevalent issues encountered in an OBGYN emergency department.
