Treatment options for patients with ESKD are evolving. Research findings challenge old paradigms, introduce new concepts and technological developments, and offer new opportunities and therapeutic options. This program critically reviews established norms and explores emerging concepts in dialysis care. It synthesizes new and old data to help clinicians incorporate these findings into daily practice as we aim to provide high-value care. This year’s program has a heightened focus on home therapies and features two debates between international experts. Debates are used to engage the audience and highlight legitimate differences in approach. Underlying physiology and pathophysiology are discussed along with potential therapeutic interventions. Many speakers use cases to enhance clinical relevance.
All presentations will be available on-demand starting one week prior to the program through December 4. This program will feature three live, interactive sessions on October 20-21 which will be available on-demand after the live sessions. Note: There is no syllabus.
